Enterprise Operations and Service Assurance is responsible for the operation of enterprise-wide computers and monitoring enterprise-wide applications and the campus-wide network.

Enterprise Operations and Service Assurance provides status and trouble reporting on WSU systems and networks, and is available by phone 24 hours a day (seven days a week) at 313-577-4750 or by E-mail at operations@lists.wayne.edu.

Also, EOSA is responsible for providing the following:

• Distribution (of output printed at C&IT)
• Printing (on enterprise-wide computers)
• Tape Support and Backup Monitoring (on enterprise-wide computers)
• Applications and Campus-Wide Network Problem Escalation
